Well, it's summer again.  It got started late this year :)  I want to start blogging again but am having some trouble thinking of appropriate topics.  Any suggestions?  Any problems you are dealing with that an accountant might be able to help you with or something in the news regarding taxes that you don't understand?  Let me know, I'd be happy to try to address some of those things in my next post!

  Holding Real Property in a Corporation: Good or Bad Idea?   As the real estate market has cooled off in many parts of the country, investing in property may seem wise in the long run.   2023 Health Insurance for S Corporation Owners: An Update   Here’s an update on the latest developments in 2023 health insurance for S corporation owners. As a more-than-2-percent S corporation owner, you are entitled to some good news when it comes to your health insurance.
